HELP! - I am not receiving the E-mail Alert messages

If you are not receiving the E-mail Alert messages we are sending to your e-mail address, it is likely due to one of the following reasons.
- Please confirm your e-mail address is registered in our E-mail Alert database. To do this, enter your e-mail address using the form at the top of this webpage, agree to our Terms & Conditions, and press the SUBSCRIBE button. If your e-mail address is already active in our E-mail Alert database, you should see a message that says: "This email address is already active." at the top of the webpage.
